Wellness and beauty treatements

Would you like to indulge yourself from head to toe during your stay at the wellness hotel and book treatments as well? To avoid disappointment due to fully booked schedules of masseurs and beauticians, we highly recommend that you reserve your preferred appointments with the hotel in advance.

Do the hotels cater to special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian or lactose-free)?

Yes, all of our partner hotels are happy to accommodate special dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, or gluten-free meals. Please make sure to mention your requirements when making your reservation, using the designated comment field. For any last-minute changes, we recommend contacting the hotel reception directly.

Booking & online reservation

How do I book an offer online?

Select your desired package on our website, enter your travel dates and follow the booking process.

Why do I have to enter my credit card details when booking online?

The credit card only serves as a guarantee, it will not be charged.
Exception: In the case of non-refundable instalments, the amount is charged directly to the credit card and can no longer be refunded.

Will my credit card be charged immediately when I book online?

Where can I manage my online reservations?

Go to the homepage of www.privateselection.ch and click on ‘Your login’ in the top right-hand corner. Under Reservations, select ‘Continue to Login’ and log in with your e-mail address and booking reference code. You will now have access to your online booking.

What do I enter in the "Promotion code" field?

If you have a valid discount or promotion code, you can enter it there. Otherwise, leave the field empty.

Vouchers & bonus program

How do I redeem a voucher?

Online booking: Please enter the voucher number and the value in the comments line. For technical reasons, the voucher cannot be deducted from the total amount. Please hand in the voucher at reception on arrival, the amount will then be credited to your bill on site.

How can I view my current bonus points balance?

Go to the homepage of www.privateselection.ch and click on ‘Your login’ in the top right-hand corner. For the bonus programme, select ‘Continue to login’ and log in with your e-mail address and password.
This allows you to keep track of your account balance at all times.

How do I redeem my bonus points?

At www.privateselection.ch/bonusprogramm you will find a selection of attractive rewards, with details of how many points you need to order. Click on ‘Redeem’ to the right of the desired reward and the dispatch of the reward will be triggered automatically.

My login for the bonus program is not working - what can I do?

Please reset your password or contact our support team. We will be happy to help you.

E-mobility & equipment

How do I charge an e-bike during my stay?

Most hotels offer secure charging facilities for e-bikes. You can find information on this on the respective hotel page.

Which hotels offer a charging station for electric cars?

Many of our partner hotels have e-charging stations. You can find an overview in the hotel details on our website.

How do partner offers work?

You receive exclusive benefits or discounts with selected partner offers. These are clearly indicated in the respective offer.
