Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 29 days before arrival.
Short-term cancellations: cancellations made 28 days or less before arrival will be treated as a “no-show”. The effectively booked nights, up to a maximum of three nights, will be charged on a bed-and-breakfast basis. You have the option of taking out cancellation insurance through the hotel (3% of the total price).

Directions

By car: via Zurich or St. Margrethen on the motorway towards Chur, then on to Arosa; in the village follow the signs towards Maran/Prätschli to the end of the road. By train: via Chur, then the Arosa Railway to Arosa; on request the hotel shuttle collects guests from Arosa station. The Arosa bus stops directly in front of the hotel.
