We would love to see the previous dinner menu back in practice, where there were more options for entree, plat principal and dessert. Unfortunately during our last night my hubby was not able to enjoy the dinner as there were not enough options to choose from. Another feedback is I found the hotel not having enough bright flowers (considering it’s springtime) plus not many nice flower arrangements as before. It was quite too minimalist. The aesthetique/appearance is very important for your hotel as it creates a “welcoming factor” and nice impression on the guests. Otherwise, cleanliness, comfort and staff services are excellent as before!

We loved everything — the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views, caring staff, and spa experience. We truly can’t complain about anything. A relaxing and memorable stay.

The Botanic Gardens of the hotel, the grounds and the private beach are sublime. The cuisine in the hotel restaurant is really excellent. The staff is first class, warm, friendly and very welcoming to children and families. The family spa is brilliant. There is also a brand new, adult spa and fitness.

when traveling for work, we often stay in places which are not meaningful, because there is a limited selection. However i always look forward to stay at La Couronne. great atmosphere, nicely appointed building, excellent restaurant in a beautiful town.

The upgrade to. Junior Suite for my stay was thoughtful and enjoyable, especially for a single traveler. The fine ambiance of the hotel and the friendliness and helpfulness of the restaurant and desk staff made my experience special.

We had a beautiful stay to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The staff had prepared the room to welcome us with rose petals and same experience when we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. We were touched at the attention to detail. We loved everything about our stay and the baroque architecture around the town was incredible. The hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy the city and visit the surrounding area. Particularly grateful for your front desk employee that went out of her way to go to the pharmacy and make sure I got the medications I needed...(I don't recall her name, tall, brunette, please thank her again) ...she went above and beyond !

Venus and I enjoy the hotel and all of the activities. We love the pools. The team is so wonderful including Christian, Ruth, Lilly, Astrid, Luciano, Tom and Mark Andre. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. We also enjoyed meeting Christian Zinn. We plan to visit Beatus as well. We also like all of the healthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A wonderful atmospheric setting for resting and relaxing, with opportunities for many activities if you wish to be more active.The cuisine is refined and varied with something on the menu to please everyone.

Pleasant stay at Hotel Remorino

Thursday 29th januar the buffet didn’t have the standard of your hotel, it was very simple. The cauliflower steak schouldn’t be on your menu.

The Ermitage is unique in its generosity and hospitality. Every friend whom I introduce to the hotel loves it and can't wait to come back.

It was perfect. Just a few points: In the gym the whights should be inside during winter time because when they are left outside they are very cold and none functional. Dinner should improve the vegetarian dishes. Except of that everything was phenomenal. Also I would like to mention lea for her service during breakfast and dinner she was absolutely amazing she sould get a raise!

I have been coming to Ermitage off and on for over 30 years and am so glad the continued ambience and welcoming staff continue. we all enjoy the peaceful feeling we have when coming to the Ermitage.

Excellent friendly staff and great service

This is a place I come back to several times a year, and every time it honestly feels like a second home. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can completely switch off and stop worrying about anything. Everything just feels easy and taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, and has that warm chalet vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. There’s everything you could possibly need — a great spa, gym, guided experiences, a kids’ area, and even a movie theater. Whether you want to relax or keep busy, it’s all there. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and makes you feel at home every single time. This is the kind of hotel where all you have to do is relax and enjoy yourself, which is why I keep coming back again and again.

The hotel was a perfect experience, we enjoyed our stay, the staff was amazing.

It was my 4th visit to Ermitage and I will definitely be back. Hopefully very soon. It is a wonderful place to escape to. One of my favorite places in Switzerland and beyond
