The training tools include a three-part empathy workshop under the supervision of Bettina Spichiger – Trainings mit click – for the head of departments which enables them to train the acquired skills in their departments (train the trainer with binding implement tool). The hotels philosophy, use and handling are based on the principle of empathy “happy is who can make others happy!”
