CANCELLATION - Cancellations up to 8 days (christmas and new year 21 days) prior to arrival are free of charge. If we receive cancellations after this time limit we try to resell the rooms. Should we not succeed in doing so, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the package. The same applies to late arrival or early departure.

The Alpenblick is a Biohotel, namely the purchase of food is of guaranteed organic quality. In the selection of foods, we make sure that no flavor enhancers, preservatives, coloring and other e-materials are included. Meat is from welfare friendly farming practices, plant foods are not genetically manipulated and fair trade. For celiac guests we use foods without gluten.
