Monika has seen many changes over the last 18 years. Her secret recipe for excellent service is patience and empathy. Even if the contact is often not personal, she always tries to put herself in the guests' shoes and understand their wishes. She keeps herself up to date with regular updates on hotel trends in order to always provide guests with the best information. For her, perfect guest service consists of listening carefully and responding specifically to guests' needs. The biggest change in the industry has been the trend towards online bookings, which has required rapid adaptation to new technologies. Her motto is Every day is different and brings new challenges. This keeps her motivated and positive.
She has known the company for over 20 years and is our financial professional with a keen eye for detail. She monitors invoices, bank transactions and manages the bookkeeping with the utmost precision and passion. Her expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as her support during bottlenecks in the call center make her an indispensable and enthusiastic team player who always has her finger on the pulse.
Since 1996, her mission has been to make people happy with unforgettable vacations. With Private Selection Hotels & Tours, she was able to work with the founders to build a hotel group that focuses on regional roots and authentic experiences - precisely tailored to the wishes of the guests, and for her, the key to success lies in a strong, trusting team that shares her vision. She strives to constantly develop further, seizes opportunities for cooperation and focuses on innovative, holistic experiences. At the same time, she promotes young talent and wants to support member hotels where she is needed. Together with the team and the member hotels for the wishes and satisfaction of the guests - with passion, respect and a clear focus on individuality.
Since June 2020, she has enriched our team with her experience in the first-class hotel industry. As a systems manager, vocational trainer and call center employee, she brings patience and commitment to the table. Anima is responsible for the newsletter, supports marketing and, as an account manager for the hotel groups, is also the contact person for IT issues. She enjoys her work and finds it interesting and varied.
Since spring 2022, she has enriched our call center team with her outstanding expertise and extensive experience. As the former Chef de Réception of a renowned hotel on Lake Lucerne, she not only has in-depth knowledge of reservations, but also a keen sense for the satisfaction of our guests. With her ability to speak five languages fluently and her always friendly manner, she makes our guests feel like VIPs. She is a master at conveying that special hotel feeling and always has creative ideas to improve our call centers even further.
Naomi completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Tourism at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts from 2020 to 2023 and started a one-year internship at Private Selection Hotels & Tours in summer 2022. Inspired by the versatile business model and direct customer interaction in the call center, she wrote her bachelor's thesis in the field of business development during her internship and worked on numerous projects within the company. After the internship, Naomi took on a permanent position to help shape the further development of PSH&T with her upbeat and reliable manner. Today, she manages the areas of sustainability, tours and social media. She is grateful and happy to be part of this great team!
Seit zwei Jahr ist sie bei Private Selection Hotels & Tours und begeistert sich für die Gestaltung von Inseraten, Videos und Fotografie. Besonders stolz ist sie auf ihre Kompetenzen in Typografie. Aktuell bereitet sie die Bildungsmesse in der Zentralschweiz vor, was ihre kreativen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten weiter stärkt.Ihre Lehre als Mediamatikerin passt perfekt zu ihren beruflichen Zielen, und die unterstützende Unternehmenskultur hat ihr Wachstum gefördert. In Zukunft freut sie sich auf weitere kreative Projekte und plant, ihre Karriere im Unternehmen voranzutreiben.
Denoshan is a 1st year apprentice mediamatician at Private Selection Hotels & Tours. His goal is to become a successful mediamatician. He is particularly looking forward to further developing his editing skills. He already has a lot of experience in videography and photography, particularly in wedding videography and advertising.
Rolf E. Brönnimann, as a proven international hotelier with an outstanding track record, an enormous wealth of experience and an endless network, is the ideal person to lead our Private Selection Service AG to growth, prominence and sharpening of its image.
As head of departement for Tourism Development ITW and prorector of the Lucerne University of Applied Science he embodies the scientific approach in the board of directors.
The practitioner, who has been at the forefront of Private Selection Hotels since 1996, is Managing Director and Delegate of the Board of Directors in personal union.
As co-owner of the Parkhotel Bellevue in Adelboden and executive consultant he too brings in much operative and strategic knowledge.
As owner of Hotel L'Estelle en Camargue he is representing the interest of our member hoteliers from France, the biggest fraction from abroad.
As manager and junior owner of the Hubertus Alpin Lodge & Spa in Balderschwang he is representing the young generation of hoteliers as well as the "Generation Y" or the "digital natives" in our board.
Has supported Private Selection Service AG significantly and without remuneration in financial matters over the last 6 months and prepared a business plan with a financial plan until 2031.

That is why I would like to play my part in the further development of Private Selection Hotels & Tours AG".
Was born with hospitality in her cradle: She grew up in her parents' hotel business in the Vienna Woods - but love brought her to Lake Lucerne as early as the late 1990s, where, in addition to her family of 5, she manages the Alexander & Gerbi hotels together with her husband, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. As a member of the Sustainability and Employee Attractiveness working groups, she has already been actively involved in PSH&T's future strategy in recent months.
