Friendly and competent staff, a stunning location, amazing facilities, generous hospitality. Great to see that the Beatus presses all the same buttons as Schoenried but with a different mountain and lake view.

A marvelous place to relax and recharge outside the crush of tourism. Easy access to everything that the region offers, but with your own magical lakefront hideaway. We did not want to leave and will be back!

Beautiful hotel, well maintained and in a wonderful, convenient location. Easy accessible both by train and car. Friendly people, great food, great entertainment, music and excursion wise!!! Overall a great place to return to year after year!!!

Our family of five - three children aged 14, 11 and 8, had a wonderful stay. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly and the food and drink menu options and quality were excellent.

Direct Lake Lugano views, amazing service and lovely staff put this hotel on the map. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and savoured your outstanding food. The eclectic decor added a certain charm and an amusing touch. ( dogs, frogs a giant clothes peg etc)

We had a very enjoyable family holiday at Parco San Marco!

We stayed at the Spa - our room (only a junior suite) was incredible - the view, the outdoor living area, a stocked and replenished kitchen (soft drinks, water, beer), the bed and linens, the luxurious bathroom, breakfast in our room, our welcome gift of gin and tonics (so good!) - in a word, memorable. Don't miss the hammocks nestled into the hillside - I will treasure my reading/nap time in them soaking up the most incredible view of Lake Lugano. La Musa and La Dolce Vita were also wonderful. Service and food was five star and authentic - not stuffy as Michelin restaurants can sometimes be. I will also carry the memory of my paddle board journey to Portezza - so peaceful out of the lake. We hope to return soon - if we ever have grandchildren, we would bring them here!!

Exceptional hotel. One of the best hotels I’ve been to.

Parco San Marco is a hidden gem on beautiful Lake Lugano. This is our second visit here. The staff are so friendly, they make us feel really welcome and nothing is too much. The swimming pool is wonderful with the slide for our children and having the private beach on the lake with water sports is sensational. Breakfast and lunches are delicious. We will be back. Thank you to the fabulous team at Parco San Marco.

The variety of activities for our kids kept them entertained all day, while the breathtaking location on the beach made for the perfect getaway. We especially loved the water activities program—such fun! We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise.

Kids-friendly hotel with skilled staff on an incredible location. The views from every point are amazing, and the accomodations of the hotel itself are located in a little oasis! Strongly recommended!

Great holiday destination in a beautiful location, which exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the many facilities and activities, as well as having plenty of relaxation . The staff is exceptionally friendly, effective and helpful. The authentic and timeless style of the property is in full harmony with the environment and supplements the feeling of well-being.

Our 3 night stay at the Parco San Marco was the highpoint of our 2 week holiday. We booked the hotel for a relax and unwind, totally achieved thanks to a wonderful setting and lovely polite helpful staff. The breakfasts were amazing and with so much choice, the bar area we used later in the afternoon was a god send, cool and with a great selection of snacks, and the staff were so nice. Being a adult couple we used the adult pool (children free) which was very relaxing and quiet, and needed in the 40* heat. Overall we loved our stay at the hotel and the area is so beautiful. Very very good stay.

High Swiss quality, warm and very attending service + personal all over this wonderfull lakeside resort.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. We travelled with our dog and two children and we all had the best holiday we could have dreamed off! Just the right balance of relaxation by the pool and water activities eg paddle boarding down by the lake. This hotel catered to our every need, nothing was too much trouble. They even noted from check in info that our son had a birthday during our stay and made a fuss of him. The facilities of this hotel are outstanding and the food is wonderful but what makes this hotel are the people. They all work incredibly hard, are always smiling and go out of their way to make sure you have the best possible holiday. Thank you, PSM!

The most beautiful scenery, lovely private beach by the lake with spectacular views, great swimming and fun, great sports with hiking and tennis. And absolutely lovely, enthusiastic staff. We’ll see you again!
