My wife and I spent a few days at your resort during our honeymoon tour of Switzerland and Lake Como. Amenities, location and services exceeded our expectations.

We had the most perfect experience. I had booked the hotel for my husband's 50th Birthday (he had no idea where he was going, so the pressure was on to make it perfect) I cannot thank you all enough for making it just that, perfect in every way. The one bedroom studio with lake views was outstanding, it was one of the best on the site for sure + waking up to the wonderful views + sitting on the balcony was stunning. While there we did have thunderstorm + rain but the family spa really did facilate our needs, it was very clean + relaxing. The outdoor pools were fun + the children loved the slides, we even had a go + we felt like big kid's again, so much fun. The grounds are beautiful, the food amazing, + excellent quality. Staff are just unique in every way, customers service is rare these days + I can not thank you all enough for our wonderful stay. My husband had the best 50th birthday break + I know we would love to return again one day in the near future. Thank you x

The place were the best for my entire trip.

We really enjoyed our short two night stay at the triple room. The hotel is accommodating with late arrival. Food is great with lots of selection, spa is very artfully presented. We felt rested here in Parco San Marco!

This was a perfect and relaxing stay for our family of 5. We felt very cared for in so many aspects of this stay and the staff was the most friendly I have ever encountered. If PSM was closer, I would definitely be back. This is a long overseas trip for us. I do regret that we didn’t book more time here as we loved it. My daughter declared it was her favorite hotel of all time!

A wonderfully happy stay with my family - my children and grandchildren.

This is a truly exquisite hotel with an amazing position by the lake and excellent facilities for all ages. Though a biggish hotel, you never had issues with lie-outs by the pools/beach or tables for dinner, and you never felt crowded by other guests. The staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants were super and the buffet breakfast fantastic.

This hotel maintains its very high standards in all areas over the years - we have stayed approx 20 times in the last 39 years.

The Ermitage hotel, rooms, grounds,staff provides a peaceful, get-away place. It doesn’t matter if the sun is shining or it is cloudy and raining, it is peaceful. I have been visiting this hotel off and on over 30 years and the next visit is already planned.

La Couronne is a wonderful place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing right in the middle of Old Town.

Amazing stay!!!!

Our expectations for our 3-night stay at the hotel were surpassed. We had good weather, but even if the weather had been bad, the hotel facilities would have overcome any disappointment.

Beautiful Hotel, very friendly, hardworking staff.

This was our last stop on a 13 day tour of Italy. We wanted to see the Como lakes area and our travel agent found this gem for us. It was a wonderful experience from the accommodations, the view, the food and the staff. I would absolutely recommend! 5 stars!
