CANCELLATION - If a guest occupies rooms ordered later than agreed, not at all, or gives them up prematurely, the following cancellation provisions apply:

Winter season:

up to 7 days before arrival: no cancellation fees

from 6 days before arrival: 100% of the package

For the high season (end of January - beginning of March), the following special cancellation rules apply:

up to 21 days before arrival: no cancellation fees

from 20 days before arrival: 100% of the package

over Christmas / New Year

up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees

from 29 days before arrival: 100% of the package

Summer season

up to 4 days before arrival no cancellation fees

4 days or less before arrival 100% of the package

For the calculation of the cancellation fees the arrival of the cancellation at the hotel is decisive.

Enjoy one of our culinary offers instead of the classic half board. You have the choice of immersing yourself in 4 different culinary worlds and embarking on a different pleasurable journey every evening: 4-course dinner menu in the classic Grand Restaurant, cheese enjoyment with raclette or fondue in the "Chäs-Beizli", Italian à-la-Carte enjoyment in Giacomo's* and now the Pop-Up à-la-Carte Thai. 
Daily cake buffet in the Art Nouveau Hall for refreshment or enjoy delicious dishes from our All Day Dining menu. In our wine carousel, top wines from the Bündner Herrschaft are waiting to be tasted at your leisure. Enjoy 8 white and 8 red wines as a tasting or as a whole glass - Viva! musical entertainment by our pianist (during the winter season).

For sports activities in winter as well as in summer, the "Staziun da basa", unique in the Engadine, is available since December 2016. It offers an all-round service for getting started in the Engadine sports world with advice, training and outdoor activities. A lockable and ventilated cloakroom or ski locker with electronic locking system is available per room.
Parking behind the house is free of charge, garage for a fee. Tesla and multicharging station.
Kid's Club Murmeli for children from 3 years of age (without supervision during the summer season). Table tennis. Babysitter on request and for a fee. Baby bed free of charge.
In winter, unlimited fun on the slopes for CHF 47.-- per person/day (from the 1st night) for the entire stay. The Corviglia / Marguns ski area is directly behind the hotel. Also the children's ski lift and the ski school. Direct access to the Engadine cross-country skiing network, curling and ice rink at the hotel.

E-bikes can be rented during the summer season for a fee (and subject to availability). The tennis court (directly in front of the hotel) can be used free of charge. 
In summer use of the cable cars and public transport (from the 2nd night) incl. transport of dogs. (Bikes only at the cable cars incl.)

The Cresta Palace is located in the center of Celerina and is easily accessible both by public transport and by car. The train station of Celerina (stop Glacier Express) is accessible on foot in a few minutes.

Take the route via Zurich - Chur - Julier Pass to the Upper Engadine (app. 3,5 hours from Zurich by car or app. 4 hours by train).

Take the route via Milan - Lecco - Chiavenna over the Maloja Pass to the Upper Engadine (app. 3,5 hours from Milan by car or app. 5 hours by train).
