Breakfast:
Even before the regular breakfast, we offer you the opportunity to start the day full of energy with our Early Bird breakfast in the Ludwig SPA. Overnight oats and coffee specialities await you here. Breakfast from 7.30 am to 11.00 am offers everything your heart desires. You can choose from over 200 products.
Lunch & Lunch:
In our lily lounge by the lake, you can enjoy modern, refined and fresh à la carte cuisine from 13:00 - 18:00. Of course, cakes, desserts and coffee specialities are also available there.
Dinner:
In the evening restaurant, chef Simon Schaller and his team as well as Hans-Peter Kleinhenz and his service brigade will spoil you from 18:30 to 21:30. Every evening you will be served a natural, delicious five-course menu made from regional and seasonal ingredients. Particularly noteworthy: the game cuisine, whose products come from the hotel's own hunt. All dishes are served exclusively at the table in cosy, spacious seating niches in the resort's seven dining rooms. A selection of over 250 wines from the hotel's own vin

It is possible to travel to our Hotel König Ludwig in Schwangau by train - your destination station is Füssen. As a service, we will of course organise the pick-up from there and, of course, the journey back to Füssen station on the day of departure (for a fee).

Schwangau, the village of the royal castles, is about 3 km away from Füssen.

Coming from Ulm / Stuttgart:

Via the A7 - exit Füssen / Schwangau - follow the signs to Schwangau approx. 3 km - in Schwangau the hotel is well signposted from the main road B17.

Coming from Munich:

Via the A96 - exit Steingaden / Füssen - follow the B17n and B17 in the direction of Füssen - after about 35 minutes you will reach Schwangau - in Schwangau the hotel is well signposted from the main road B17.

Coming from Switzerland:

Possible border crossings Diepoldsau or Lustenau - A14 Rheintalautobahn towards Lindau - Pfändertunnel - EU border - Allgäu - Autobahn A7 towards Munich - AK Memmingen towards Kempten / Füssen - exit Füssen / Schwangau - follow the signs approx. 3 km to Schwangau - in Schwangau our hotel is also signposted.

Country road:

Possible border crossings Diepoldsau or Lustenau - A14 Rheintalautobahn in the direction of Lindau - Pfändertunnel - EU border - Allgäu - Autobahn A7 in the direction of Munich - after approx. 5 km exit in the direction of Isny / Füssen - follow the B12 until it joins the A980 - at the Allgäu motorway junction in the direction of Füssen - in Füssen follow the signs approx. 3 km to Schwangau - in Schwangau our house is signposted.

We offer free above-ground parking spaces as well as underground parking spaces for € 8 per day. We will be happy to park your car for you on request. Electric car owners can charge their car at our two electric charging stations for a fee.
