The hotel should be notified by fax or email of all cancellations.
New policy due to Corona: If a cancellation is made up to 3 days before check-in date, the hotel will not debit any fee from the guests’s credit card.
In the event of later cancellation up to and including check-in date, or in the event of a guest not showing, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount to the guest’s credit card.
