Summer season:

Cancellations or negative changes to reservations are possible free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. Cancellations received later than this or late arrivals or early departures will be charged at 100% of the confirmed price.

Winter season:

Cancellations or negative changes to reservations are possible free of charge up to 28 days (Christmas/New Year up to 42 days) before arrival. Cancellations received later than this or late arrivals or early departures will be charged at 100% of the confirmed price.

We will of course endeavour to resell the cancelled services so that you do not incur any costs. For all cancellations we charge an expense fee of CHF 50.00.

Restaurants
Grand Restaurant
Breakfast is served from 8.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. in our all pine wood Grand Restaurant with its beautiful 100-year-old stucco ceiling.
Thanks to the large window front, you can enjoy culinary delights with a view.
Le Petit
At Le Petit you can enjoy our fresh market cuisine with a view of the mountains. Open daily from 6.30 pm (last order 8.15 pm).
Early reservation prevents disappointment.
Arvenbar
Enjoy a stimulating aperitif at our beautiful Arvenbar or in the stylish Arvenhalle, a digestif or a colourful cocktail after dinner - engage in stimulating conversation and listen to the sounds of our grand piano. Our Arvenbar and the Arvenhalle - both smoke-free - are the perfect places for a casual get-together. If you are a lover of smoking - perhaps accompanied by an exquisite, rare rum - our fumoir is at your disposal.

Arosa is located at the back of the beautiful Schanfigg, about 30 km from the Graubünden capital Chur. You can reach your holiday destination comfortably by Rhaetian Railway or via the well-maintained road network.

Arrival by train:

You travel by train from Basel or Zurich to Chur. Here you change to the Rhaetian Railway to Arosa.

Journey times:

Basel - Arosa: 4 hours

Zurich Airport - Arosa: 3 hours

Zurich HB - Arosa: 2 1/2 hours

Chur - Arosa: 1 hour

Arrival by car:

Via Basel, Zurich the A 13 (A3) to Chur, exit Chur Nord, follow the signs to Arosa.
