The reservation must be entered with the promotion code selected-friends and will be confirmed automatically. However, the confirmed Selected Friends special rate is only valid if you can prove that you are a current team member of a Private Selection Hotel on arrival with the confirmation form signed by the management or deputy.

The contact is optional and will be made by you. A tip: To ensure that your professional colleague(s) have time for you, it is best to ask for an ideal time for the meeting during your stay as soon as you arrive.
   
   
5. If there is no meeting with colleagues, you can also leave your impressions in writing on the perception sheet (= questionnaire) and hand it in at the reception when you check out.
