The reservation must be entered with the promotion code selected-friends and will be confirmed automatically. However, the confirmed Selected Friends special rate is only valid if you can prove that you are a current team member of a Private Selection Hotel on arrival with the confirmation form signed by the management or deputy.

3. The department heads of your own hotel (in whose department you work) and of the partner hotel will be informed about your visit.
   
   
4. You will be warmly welcomed on arrival and have the opportunity to be shown around the hotel by professional colleagues and to explain personal feelings in a relaxed conversation. The contact is optional and will be made by you. A tip: To ensure that your professional colleague(s) have time for you, it is best to ask for an ideal time for the meeting during your stay as soon as you arrive.
   
   
5. If there is no meeting with colleagues, you can also leave your impressions in writing on the perception sheet (= questionnaire) and hand it in at the reception when you check out.

The Boutique Hotel Rocca in Ascona closes its doors in winter. Selected Friends bookings will be accommodated in the partner hotel Emmaus in Losone or in the Hotel Nessi in Locarno. The rooms are labelled with the corresponding hotel.

If your desired hotel does not appear in the search or isn't listed as a participating hotel, you still have the option of using the enquiry form to ask whether you can book a stay under the Selected Friends conditions. 

This correspondence takes place directly between you and the hotel, as the central office in Lucerne has no authority to decide whether bookings may be made at the special conditions.
